How can I book a tour?

The booking process is simple and can be conveniently done through our website. Simply follow the provided steps on our website to make a seamless reservation. Alternatively, you also have the option to arrange your reservation via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram.

How many participants does a tour have?

The group size may vary depending on the tour. Each tour is limited to a maximum of 6 participants.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes, all our tours can also be booked as private tours. The reservation is simple and convenient online. Alternatively, you also have the option to arrange your reservation via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram.

How long does the tour take?

The duration of a tour varies depending on the selected package. Please plan for 6 to 8 hours. Please note that the duration is also dependent on traffic. More detailed information about each tour can be found on our website or obtained from our customer service.

Are entrance fees to locations included in the tour price?

All entrance fees to the locations are included in the tour price. Additional costs for optional entertainment offerings, such as the Bali Swing, are not included in the tour price.

What language does the driver/photographer speak?

Our drivers and photographers speak English and Indonesian.

How many photos/videos are included in the tour price?

Basic Tour: Receive 20 professionally edited high-gloss photos and 12 landscape shots capturing the essence of the visited locations.
Premium Tour: Elevate your experience with 28 professionally edited high gloss photos, 16 landscape pictures, and a 1-minute premium video showcasing the highlights of your tour.
Private Tour: For our exclusive Private Tour guests, we offer 48 professionally edited photos and 20 landscape shots. The Private Tour includes a 3-minute premium video that captures the most unforgettable moments of your tour.

Can I order additional photos of the tour?

Following the tour, you will receive the entire raw footage. You have the option to choose additional photos according to your preferences. The digital editing of the photos is priced at 100,000 Rupiah (IDR) per photo.

Can I purchase video footage of the tour?

Our premium package includes professional video footage of the tour. With the premium package, you will receive a 1-minute premium video showcasing the highlights of your tour.

How will my photos be used or published?

The copyright for the photos taken belongs to PT Bali Photo Experience. The photos will be used for promotional purposes on our website and across our social media channels

What payment options are available?

We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal, Wise and Bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this deadline are non-refundable.

Are meals and drinks included in a tour?

Each tour includes a traditional Balinese lunch with options for vegan and vegetarian dishes. Please also inform us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies during your booking. During the tour, we also provide complimentary water for your convenience.

What equipment do I need to bring for a tour?

Please bring comfortable shoes and remember to bring sunglasses, swimwear, a towel, sandals, and sunscreen. Also, note that in the temples, clothing covering shoulders and knees is required.

Does my booking include a shuttle service?

The tour includes a complimentary shuttle service to and from your hotel. Pick up will be in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. The exact pick-up time will be communicated to you by our team after a successful booking.

For whom is a tour not suitable?

Our tours are not suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions and for individuals with heart problems.

How far in advance should I book my tour?

Our tours are limited to 6 participants. It is recommended to book early to secure a spot. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Do the tours take place in rainy weather?

In the event of prolonged heavy rain before the start of the tour, the tours are canceled. Customers have the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

During a tour, it will be terminated if it rains continuously for more than 60 minutes. In this case, we offer a rescheduling option, but no refunds.
